A new VRV system was supplied and installed to provide heating and comfort cooling to an office fit out completed late last year. To supplement the existing ventilation strategy new packaged heat recovery air handling units where supplied and installed.
The air conditioning indoor units where both ducted type within the open plan area and wall mounted within the meeting rooms.
The ducted indoor units where installed within secondary spiral and ceiling mounted grilles. Due to the type of ceiling finishes this meant we had to carefully co-ordinate our final grille locations with other services and feature ceilings as displayed within the images.
New heat recovery air handling units where supplied and installed at high level to provide additional fresh air and extract ventilation to provide a comfortable environment. New primary ductwork was installed connected to new external louvres within the existing building facade.
