Our Client enlisted DE Mechanical to carry out the supply and installation of 2 new VRF air conditioning systems and ventilation works as part of a new CAT A fit out.
The works took place within Orchard Brae House on Queensferry Road. The installation has been designed to maximise the visual impact of the M&E services within the occupied space. Both the electrical and mechanical installations where fully co-ordinated to ensure the existing builders work holes where utilised thus maintaining full head height throughout.
The air conditioning installation comprised of 2 number heat recovery VRF systems with multiway BC controllers which will ease the future CAT B fit out, allowing future flexibility.
