Supply and installation of new air conditioning system along with secondary ventilation and new heat recovery ventilation units within an empty unit in Edinburgh's prestigious Quartermile sector.
The installation was fully on show so attention to detail was critical. This involved detailed co-ordination with the other trades to ensure there where no clashes. New VRF condenser was installed at roof level with the associated ducted indoor units mounted at high level feeding secondary ductwork and grilles.
The new heat recovery units where installed to provide fresh air and extraction to the occupied spaces for occupant comfort and well being.
All systems where installed with local and master controls to allow operational timings and changes to be easily adjusted to suit the end users needs.
